These School Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the Vidhyalay platform (“Platform”) by educational institutions (“School”, “Institution”, “You”) that register, subscribe to, or use Vidhyalay’s services.
By registering for or using the Platform, the School agrees to be legally bound by these Terms, along with all applicable Vidhyalay policies.
Vidhyalay is a cloud-based education management platform designed to support academic administration, operations, communication, and digital infrastructure for educational institutions.
Vidhyalay acts strictly as a technology service provider and does not operate as an educational institution, authority, or regulator.
By registering on Vidhyalay, the School confirms that:
It is a legally operating educational institution
The person registering is duly authorized to bind the institution
All information provided is accurate and complete
Vidhyalay reserves the right to verify institutional details and approve or reject registrations at its discretion.
The School is responsible for creating, managing, and controlling all user accounts (admins, teachers, staff, students, parents).
Login credentials must be kept secure and confidential.
The School is fully responsible for all activities performed under its account.
Any misuse or unauthorized access must be reported immediately.
The School agrees to:
Use the Platform strictly for lawful educational and administrative purposes
Ensure accuracy of all data entered into the system
Obtain all necessary consents from students, parents, teachers, and staff
Manage user roles, permissions, and access responsibly
Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies
The School acts as the data controller for all institutional data.
All academic, student, staff, and institutional data uploaded by the School remains the property of the School.
Vidhyalay processes such data solely on behalf of the School in accordance with applicable Privacy Policies.
The School is responsible for informing its users about data usage and privacy practices.

Student & Parent Privacy Policy
Teacher & Staff Privacy Policy
Services are provided based on the selected subscription plan.
Subscription fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Vidhyalay reserves the right to revise pricing with prior notice.
Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
The School shall not:
Use the Platform for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activities
Attempt to access or modify the Platform’s source code or security systems
Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Platform
Upload malicious, infringing, or prohibited content
Violation may lead to suspension or termination of access.
Vidhyalay strives to maintain high service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary service interruptions.
Support is provided as per the subscribed plan.
All software, design, trademarks, and platform technology are the exclusive property of Vidhyalay.
The School is granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Platform during the subscription period.
No rights are transferred except as expressly stated.
Vidhyalay may suspend or terminate the School’s access if:
These Terms are violated
Payment obligations are not met
The Platform is misused
Required by law or regulatory authority
The School may discontinue use subject to subscription terms and notice requirements.
Vidhyalay shall not be liable for:
Academic decisions, outcomes, or institutional policies
Data accuracy entered by the School or its users
Disputes between the School and its students, parents, or staff
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
The School agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Vidhyalay against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
Violation of these Terms
Breach of applicable laws
Misuse of the Platform
Data entered or actions taken by the School or its users
Vidhyalay may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
