These Student Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the Vidhyalay platform (“Platform”) by students enrolled in educational institutions that are registered with Vidhyalay.
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you are a minor, your access to the Platform is subject to the consent and supervision of your parent or legal guardian and your institution.
Vidhyalay is a technology-based education management platform designed to support academic learning, communication, and administrative processes of educational institutions.
Vidhyalay is not a school or educational authority and does not control academic content, evaluations, or institutional decisions.
Student access to Vidhyalay is provided by the registered educational institution.
Accounts are created and managed by the school administration.
Students may access the Platform only for the duration of their enrollment and authorization by the institution.
Login credentials are personal and must not be shared.
Students agree to:
Use the Platform only for academic and school-related purposes
Provide accurate information as required by the institution
Keep login credentials confidential
Follow school rules, platform guidelines, and applicable laws
Use communication tools respectfully and responsibly
Any misuse may lead to restricted or suspended access.
Students must not:
Attempt unauthorized access to data or accounts
Share or misuse personal or academic data of others
Upload or share offensive, harmful, misleading, or unlawful content
Disrupt platform functionality or security
Use the Platform for non-educational or commercial purposes
Violation of these rules may result in disciplinary action by the institution and/or suspension of access.
Academic data such as attendance, assignments, exams, and results are managed by the institution.
Vidhyalay does not verify, alter, or evaluate academic records.
Any concerns regarding academic data should be addressed to the school administration or teachers.
The Platform may provide communication tools such as chat, announcements, and notifications.
Students agree that:
Communication must remain respectful and school-appropriate
Messages are intended only for academic or institutional purposes
Misuse of communication features may lead to monitoring or access restriction by the institution

Vidhyalay processes student data only on behalf of the institution and implements security measures to protect such data.
Vidhyalay aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.
All platform software, design, and system content belong to Vidhyalay.
Students may not copy, modify, distribute, or misuse any part of the Platform.
Academic content uploaded by the institution remains the property of the institution.
Student access may be suspended or terminated if:
The institution withdraws authorization
These Terms are violated
The student leaves the institution
Required by law or institutional policy
Vidhyalay acts upon instructions from the institution in such matters.
Vidhyalay shall not be responsible for:
Academic decisions, grades, or outcomes
Errors in data entered by institutions or users
Disciplinary actions taken by schools
Any indirect or consequential damages
Vidhyalay may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
