These Teacher Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the Vidhyalay platform (“Platform”) by teachers and academic staff of educational institutions registered with Vidhyalay.
By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, along with Vidhyalay’s applicable policies.
Vidhyalay is a cloud-based education management platform that supports academic delivery, administrative workflows, and institutional communication.
Vidhyalay acts solely as a technology service provider and does not control academic policies, curriculum decisions, assessments, or institutional governance.
Teacher access is granted only through a registered educational institution.
Accounts are created and managed by the institution’s authorized administrators.
Access is limited to the duration of employment or engagement with the institution.
Login credentials are personal and must be kept confidential.
Teachers must not share credentials or allow unauthorized access.
By using the Platform, teachers agree to:
Use Vidhyalay strictly for academic and institutional purposes
Ensure accuracy of academic data entered (attendance, marks, assessments, etc.)
Maintain confidentiality of student, parent, and institutional information
Follow school policies, platform guidelines, and applicable laws
Act professionally in all digital communication on the Platform
Teachers must not:
Access or attempt to access unauthorized data or accounts
Misuse student or institutional information
Upload or share offensive, misleading, or unlawful content
Use communication tools for personal, political, or commercial purposes
Interfere with system security, integrity, or performance
Violation may result in restricted access, suspension, or termination as directed by the institution.
Academic content, attendance, exams, and assessments entered by teachers are part of official institutional records.
Teachers are responsible for the accuracy and timely updating of such data.
Vidhyalay does not alter or validate academic records.
Any corrections must follow institutional procedures.
Vidhyalay may provide communication tools such as chat, announcements, and notifications.
Teachers agree that:
All communication must remain professional, respectful, and education-focused
Platform communication may be subject to institutional oversight
Misuse of communication tools may lead to disciplinary action by the institution
Teacher data is processed in accordance with the Teacher & Staff Privacy Policy, available at:

Teachers must handle student and institutional data responsibly and in compliance with privacy laws and school policies.
Vidhyalay strives to provide reliable and secure access; however, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Temporary service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.
All software, system design, and platform content are the intellectual property of Vidhyalay.
Teachers may not copy, modify, distribute, or misuse any part of the Platform.
Academic materials uploaded by teachers remain subject to institutional ownership and policies.
Teacher access may be suspended or terminated if:
Employment or association with the institution ends
These Terms are violated
The institution withdraws authorization
Required by law or legal authority
Vidhyalay acts based on institutional instructions in such cases.
Vidhyalay shall not be liable for:
Academic outcomes or evaluations
Disputes between teachers and institutions
Errors or omissions in data entered by users
Disciplinary actions taken by institutions
Vidhyalay reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent Indian courts.
