These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Vidhyalay platform, including its website, mobile applications, and related services (“Platform”). By accessing or using Vidhyalay, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. About Vidhyalay

Vidhyalay is a cloud-based education management platform designed to support academic, administrative, and communication needs of educational institutions.

Vidhyalay acts as a technology service provider and does not operate as an educational institution.

2. Eligibility & Acceptance

Use of the Platform is permitted only:

  • Through a registered educational institution

  • By authorized administrators, teachers, students, and parents

  • In accordance with institutional approval and applicable laws

By using the Platform, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

3. Platform Access & Accounts

  • Accounts are created and managed by the registered institution

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information

  • Login credentials are confidential and must not be shared

  • Users are responsible for all activities performed through their account

Vidhyalay reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of misuse.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • Misuse or interfere with the Platform

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Upload harmful, unlawful, or inappropriate content

  • Violate intellectual property or privacy rights

  • Use the Platform for non-educational or commercial abuse

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

5. Data & Privacy

All data is handled in accordance with:

  • Platform Privacy Policy

  • Student & Parent Privacy Policy

  • Teacher & Staff Privacy Policy

Vidhyalay processes data only on behalf of institutions.

6. Fees, Payments & Subscriptions

  • Subscription fees are charged as per selected plan

  • Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated

  • Vidhyalay may revise pricing with prior notice

  • Non-payment may result in service suspension

7. Intellectual Property

All software, design, content, and trademarks belong to Vidhyalay.
Institutions retain ownership of their uploaded data.

No part of the Platform may be copied or resold without written permission.

8. Service Availability

Vidhyalay aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues may cause temporary disruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Vidhyalay shall not be liable for:

  • Academic decisions or outcomes

  • Data entered incorrectly by users

  • Institutional misuse of the Platform

  • Indirect or consequential damages

10. Termination

Vidhyalay reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Platform is misused

  • Required by law

Institutions may discontinue use subject to contractual terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

Vidhyalay may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
